PANEER COCONUT PANIYARAM

PANEER PANIYARAM 

Ingredients:
Paneer - 150 gm
Coconut - 2 tbl spoon 
Salt as needed 
Onion - 1/2
Green Chilly - 1
Ghee - 1 tbl spoon 
Coconut Oil - 1/2 t spoon 


      Grind paneer, coconut, salt in a mixer.


      Sauté chopped onion, green chilly in coconut oil until soft.
      Add to the ground mixture and mix well.


      Make small balls and keep aside.
      Heat ghee in the kuli Paniyaram pan add the balls.


      Roast on both sides until golden.


      Enjoy paneer Paniyaram with coconut chutney.
