RICE FLOUR PUTTU

Ingredients:
Rice Flour - 1 cup
Salt as needed 
Grated Coconut - 4 tbl spoon 
Ghee - 1 tbl spoon 
Sugar - 1 tbl spoon 


      Take rice flour, salt, 1 tbl spoon grated coconut in a mixing bowl and mix well.


      Add water little by little and mix until we get a crumble texture.
      If we hold the flour it must hold tight.
      Pour water in an idly steamer.
      Place an idly plate and a slightly wet cloth above the plate.
      Add prepared puttu flour, close and cook for 10 minutes.


      Open and take the putti in a plate.
      Add sugar, ghee and mix well.


      Enjoy puttu with banana and papad.
