 WHEAT FLOUR THATTAI

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup
Chilly Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Cumin Powder - 1 pinch 
Ajwain - 1/4 t spoon 
Kasuri Methi - 1/2 t spoon 
Oil - 1 tbl spoon 


      Take wheat flour, salt, chilly powder, cumin powder in a mixing bowl.
      Add crushed ajwain and kasuri methi.


      Add oil and mix well.


      Add little water and kneed to a chappathi dough.


      Make small balls and press to thin chappathi using a rolling pin.
      Prick small holes using fork and cut into circles using a round tiffen box.




      Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the thattai in medium - low flame until golden.



      Once cooled, store the thattai in air tight container.
