BABY CORN 65
Ingredients:Baby Corn _ 10
Corn Flour _ 1 1/2 tbl spoon
Rice Flour _ 1 1/2 tbl spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste _ 1/2 t spoon
Salt as needed
Red Chilli Powder _ 3/4 t spoon
Garam Masala _ 1/4 t spoon
Lemon _ 1/4
Curd _ 2 tbl spoon
Trim the edges of baby corn and cut into small length wise pieces.
Wash the baby corn and keep aside.
Mix together all the other ingredients along with little water to form a little semi thick paste.
Wash the baby corn and keep aside.

Add the baby corn in the prepared paste and mix gently.
Deep fry the batter coated baby corn in hot oil in medium flame until golden.
Remove baby corn in a tissue paper so that excess oil gets absorbed.
Enjoy crispy baby corn 65 when it is hot.
