BABY CORN SALT AND PEPPER 

Ingredients:
Baby Corn - 5
Salt as needed 
Spring Onion - 2
Butter - 1 tbl spoon 
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 t spoon 
Garam Masala - 1/4 t spoon 
To dry roast and grind:
Pepper - 1/2 t spoon 
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 


      Trim the edges and cut baby corn into small pieces.
      Dry roast pepper, fennel seeds and grind to a fine powder.


      Heat butter in a pan and sauté the onion part of the spring onion.
      Add baby corn, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala and mix well.


      Sprinkle water and cook covered for 10 minutes.


      Add the ground pepper powder and mix well.


      Once the baby corn gets cooked well add chopped green part of the spring onion and switch off the flame.


      Enjoy baby corn salt and pepper with chappathi.
