BANANA PANIYARAM
Ingredients:Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Brown Sugar / Naatu Sarkarai - 1 1/2 tbl spoon
Ripe Banana - 2
Ghee - 2 tbl spoon
Take wheat flour, salt, brown sugar, banana in a mixing bowl.
Mash the bananas and well with water to idly batter consistency.
Heat ghee in the Paniyaram pan and fill the Paniyaram dough in each holes.
Cover and cook until the bottom gets golden in low flame.
Twist the Paniyaram upside down and cook on the other side.
Enjoy sweet Paniyaram when it is hot.
