CAULIFLOWER EGG PANIYARAM
Ingredients:Cauliflower - 250 gm
Egg - 3
Green Chilly - 1
Small Onion - 8
Salt as needed
Ghee - 1 tbl spoon
Coconut Oil - 1/2 t spoon
Chilly Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Cut cauliflower and boil in water for 5 minutes.
Drain the cauliflower and grind in a mixer in pulse mode.
Take 3 eggs in a mixing bowl and add salt.
Mix well and add ground cauliflower.
Heat coconut oil and add chopped green chilly, small onion.
Sauté until soft, add to the cauliflower egg mixture, chilly powder and mix well.
Heat ghee in the kuli Paniyaram pan and add the prepared batter in each hole.
Simmer and cook until the bottom gets browned.
Now turn upside down and cook in the other side.
Remove the Paniyaram and serve with coconut chutney.
