 CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES

Ingredients:
Butter _  2 tbl spoon
Egg _ 1
Wheat Flour _ 1/2 cup 
Sugar _ 1/2 cup + 1 tbl spoon 
Cocoa Powder _ 1 1/2 tbl spoon 
Salt _ 1 pinch
Baking Powder _ 1/2 t spoon
Vennila Essence _ 1 t spoon


      In a mixing bowl melt butter and add sugar, vennila Essence, salt, baking powder, egg.
      Mix well using an electric beater and add together wheat flour and cocoa powder.




     Give a good mix and freeze the cookie dough for 1/2 an hour.


      Take 1 tbl spoon of dough and make small balls.
      Lightly flatten and evenly coat the cookies in powdered sugar.


      Place the sugar coated cookies in a baking tray lined with butter paper.
      Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 15 minutes.
      Remove the cookies from the oven and allow to cool.
      Once cooled the cookies turns more crispy.


      Store the chocolate crinkle cookies in an air tight container.
