GRILLED VEGETABLES

GRILLED VEGETABLES 

Ingredients:
Carrot - 2
Beans - 15
Mushroom - 200 gm
Cabbage - 1/4 kg
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1/2 
Capsicum - 1/2
 Butter - 2 tbl spoon 
Chilly Flakes - 1 tbl spoon 
Pizza Seasoning - 1 t spoon 
Salt as needed 


      Wash and cut the vegetables into desired sized pieces.
      Add butter, salt, chilly flakes, pizza seasoning and mix well.


      Place the vegetables in a baking tray and grill in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.


      Turn the vegetables in between for even cooking.


      Serve grilled veg platter with green chutney.
