IDIYAPPAM / STRING HOPPERS

RICE FLOUR IDIYAPPAM

Ingredients:
Rice Flour - 1 cup
Salt as needed 
Oil - 1 tbl spoon 
Water - 1 cup


      Take rice flour in a mixing bowl and add salt.
      Boil water and add to the flour.



      Mix well using a spoon and cover for 15 minutes using a plate.



      After 15 minutes add oil and kneed to a soft dough.


      Take the dough into the idiyappam maker and press in the idly plate.
      Steam in the idly cooker for 10 minutes.



      Enjoy soft idiyappam with milk, coconut, ghee and sugar.
