MUSHROOM TIKKA

Ingredients:

Mushroom _ 1 packet 

Curd _ 2 tbl spoon
Salt as needed
Red Chilli Powder _ 1/2 t spoon
Pepper Powder _ 1/2 t spoon
Turmeric Powder _ 1/4 t spoon
Garam Masala _ 1/4 t spoon
Coriander Powder _ 1 t spoon 
Butter _ 1 tbl spoon 


      Cut mushroom into small pieces and wash it twice.
      Take curd, salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam in a mixing bowl and mix well.


       Add washed mushroom and marinate with the curd masala.
      Heat butter in a dosa pan and cook the mushroom in medium flame.
      Mushroom leaves water and cooks in 15 minutes.


      Turn the mushroom tikka in between.
      Once it gets cooked simmer and let the mushroom gets roasted.


      Enjoy mushroom tikka with chappathi or as such.
