RAGI PUTTU

Ingredients:
 Ragi Flour- 1 cup
Sugar - 1 tbl spoon 
Coconut Grated - 2 tbl spoon 
Ghee - 1 t spoon 
Salt as needed 


      Dry roast ragi flour until it turns aromatic.
      Add salt and and mix well.


      Sprinkle water and mix until it gets crumbled texture and holds its shape.
      Take the ragi flour in a wet cloth and steam in an idly cooker for 12 to 15 minutes.


      Enjoy ragi puttu with ghee, sugar and coconut.
