VEGETABLE KABAB

MIXED VEG KABAB 

Ingredients:
Carrot _ 2
Beans _ 20
Cabbage _ 1/4 kg 
Capsicum _ 1/4
Walnut _ 5
Sunflower Seeds _ 1 t spoon (Optional)
Coriander Leaves _ 1/4 cup 
Chilly Powder _ 3/4 t spoon
Turmeric Powder _ 1/4 t spoon
Coriander Powder _ 1 t spoon
Garam Masala _ 1/4 t spoon
Coconut Powder / Grated Coconut _ 1 tbl spoon
Salt as needed
Butter _ 1 tbl spoon


      Wash and cut carrot, beans, cabbage, capsicum into small pieces.


      Place the vegetables in an inner vessel in a pressure cooker with water and steem for 2 whistles.


      Once pressure releases shift the steemed vegetables to a mixer.


      Add coriander leaves, salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and grind in pulse mode coursely.
      Shift to a vessel, add ground walnut, sunflower seeds powder, coconut powder and mix well.


      Heat butter in a dosa tawa.
      Make balls and add the patties to the hot tawa.


      Simmer and cook on both sides until golden.


      Enjoy healthy and tasty veg kabab with coriander curd chutney or mayonaise.
