ALOO BHUJIA
Ingredients:Potato _ 1
Gram Flour _ 3/4 cup
Salt as needed
Chilly Powder _ 1/4 t spoon
Pepper Powder _ 1/4 t spoon
Turmeric Powder _ 1 pinch
Oil For Deep Frying
Pressure cook potato for 5 whistles and remove the skin.
Grind in the mixer with little water to a fine paste.
Take gram flour, salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, ground potato paste in a mixing bowl.
Add water and kneed to a soft dough. The dough will be little sticky.
Fill the dough in a murukku maker with small holes.
Press it in hot oil and deep fry in low flame.
Turn in between and fry on both sides until bubble sound subsides.
Remove the aloo bhujiya in tissue paper so that excess oil gets absorbed.
Store aloo bhujia in an air tight container.
