CHEESY CAULIFLOWER
Ingredients:Cauliflower - 300 gm
Cheese Spread / Grated Cheese - 2 tbl spoon
Pepper Powder - 1 t spoon
Garlic - 5
Onion - 1
Butter - 2 tbl spoon
Spring Onion Green Part - 2 tbl spoon chopped
Clean and cut cauliflower into small florets.
Boil water and add cauliflower and cook covered for 3 minutes. Drain the water and keep aside.
Heat 1 tbl spoon butter and sauté cauliflower until roasted on all sides.
Remove the cauliflower in a plate.
Heat 1 more tbl spoon butter and fry chopped garlic for a minute.
Now add onion and sauté until golden.
Add roasted cauliflower, pepper, cheese spread and mix well.
Add salt if needed.
Add chopped spring and mix well.
