CHILLI PANEER

CHILLY PANEER 



Ingredients :
Onion - 1
Butter - 1 tbl spoon 
Salt as needed 
Tomato - 1/2
Garlic - 2 tbl spoon chopped 
Tomato Sauce - 1 tbl spoon 
Soya Sauce - 1 t spoon 
Corn Flour - 1 tbl spoon 
Spring Onion - 3 green part
For Frying Paneer:
Paneer - 200 gm
Corn Flour - 2 tbl spoon 
Maida - 2 tbl spoon 
Salt as needed 
Pepper- 1 t spoon 


      Mix together maida, corn flour, salt, pepper with water in a mixing bowl to a little thin batter.
      Cut the paneer and add to the batter.



      Deep fry the batter coated paneer in hot oil until it turns crisp.
      Remove the paneer and keep aside.


      Heat butter in a pan and fry finely chopped garlic for a minute.


      Add cubed onion, tomato and sauté until it turns soft.



      Add salt, tomato sauce, soya sauce and mix well.


      Mix 1 tbl spoon corn flour with water and pour into the pan.


      Add little water and sauté until we get a thick consistency.
      Add the fried paneer and mix well.


      Switch off the flame and garnish with chopped spring onion.


      Enjoy chilly paneer as a snack or with chappathi.
