GRILLED TINDORA/ KOVAKKAI

GRILLED TINDORA 

Ingredients:
Kovakkai / Tindora - 400 gm
Butter - 2 tbl spoon 
Onion - 1 big
Salt as needed 
Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tbl spoon 
Cumin Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon 


      Wash and cut kovakkai into thin stripes.
      Add sliced onion, salt, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, butter and mix well.


      Place the marinated kovakkai, onion in a baking tray and grill in oven at 190 degrees for 50 minutes or until it turns crisp.



      Enjoy grilled kovakkai with rice or chappathi.
