PANEER TIKKI / VEGETABLE PANEER PATTIES

VEGETABLE PANEER TIKKI

Ingredients:
Paneer - 150 gm
Green Chilly - 1/2
Ginger - 1 small piece 
Carrot - 1
Cabbage - 1/4 cup
Capsicum - 1/4
Salt as needed 
Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Cumin Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbl spoon 
Oil - 1 tbl spoon 

      Grind together carrot, green chilly, capsicum, cabbage in a mixer without adding water.

      Add paneer, chilly powder, cumin powder, salt and grind coursely without adding water.

      Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

      Heat oil in a dosa pan, make balls using the paneer dough and slightly flatten.

      Roast the TIKKI on both sides until golden. 


      Enjoy vegetable paneer TIKKI with mayonnaise or tomato sauce.
