VEGETABLES IN CREAMY GREEN GRAVY

MIXED VEGETABLES IN GREEN GRAVY 

Ingredients:
Carrot - 2
Beans - 5
Green Peas - 1/4 cup
Mushroom - 5
Paneer - 1/4 cup
Coconut Milk - 1/2 cup
Cashew nut - 6
Butter - 1 tbl spoon 
To Grind:
Green Chilly - 2
Coriander Leaves -  1/2 cup
Garlic - 5


      Wash and cut the vegetables.
      Grind cashews with water to a fine paste. 
      Heat butter in a pan and saute the vegetables until half cooked.


      Grind coriander leaves, green chilly, garlic and add to the vegetables.



      Cook for another 5 minutes and add paneer, coconut milk, cashew paste.



      Simmer the gravy until slightly thick.
      Once we get the required creamy consistency, switch off the flame.


      Enjoy creamy mixed veg green gravy with chappathi.
