CHOCOLATE CUP CAKE

CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES 

Ingredients:
Butter - 50  gm
Sugar - 70 gm
Vennila Essence - 1/2 t spoon 
Egg - 1
Salt - 1 pinch 
Baking Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Milk - 1 tbl spoon 
Maida - 80 gm
Cocoa Powder - 1 tbl spoon 


      Take butter, egg, vennila, salt, hot milk, sugar in a mixing bowl and beat well.


      Add maida, baking powder, cocoa powder and mix gently using a spatula.


      Place cup cake liners in a cup cake tray and scoop in the cupcake dough.


      Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.
      Once a toothpick inserted comes out clean, remove the cup cakes and allow it to cool.


      Enjoy chocolate cupcakes as such or with chocolate spread.
