PINDI CHOLE

Ingredients:
 Chana / Dried Chickpeas - 1 1/2 cup
Chana Masala Powder - 1 tbl spoon 
Chilly Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Garam Masala - 1 pinch 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbl spoon 
Ginger- 1/2 inch piece 
Garlic - 5
Green Chilly - 1/2
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 
Oil - 1 tbl spoon 
Lemon - 1/4


      Soak chana overnight and pressure cook for 20 minutes in medium flame.
     Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, crushed garlic, ginger, green chilly and sauté.



    Add the cooked chana, chana masala powder, chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala and mix well.


      Add 1/4 cup water and cook covered until the water gets absorbed and the masala thickens.


      Add chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well.


      Enjoy PINDI chole with chappathi.
