CHAPPATHI NOODLES

CHAPPATHI NOODLES 

Ingredients:
Chappathi - 5
Onion - 1/2
Carrot - 1
Capsicum - 1/4
Cabbage - 2 tbl spoon chopped 
Garlic - 4
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 t spoon 
Soya Sauce - 1/4 t spoon 
Tomato Sauce - 1 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Cumin Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Turmeric Powder - 1 pinch 
Garam Masala - 1/4 t spoon 
Butter - 1 tbl spoon 
Tomato - 1/2


      Cut chappathi into 2 halves and again to thin strips using a kitchen scissor.


      Heat butter in a pan and sauté chopped garlic, onion until golden.


      Add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.
      Add chopped carrot, capsicum, cabbage and cook covered until soft.


      Now add chilly powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, soya sauce, tomato sauce and mix well.


      Sauté for a minute and add the chopped chappathi.



      Give a good mix and enjoy chappathi noodles with raita.
