CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE
Ingredients:
Chocolate Chips - 100 gm
Fresh Cream - 3 tbl spoon
Cocoa Powder
Cashewnuts
Grind chocolate chips in a mixer to a fine powder.
Heat fresh cream until hot and pour into the mixer.
Grind in pulse mode and refrigerate for an hour.
Make small balls and roll in cocoa powder or cashew powder and place in cupcake liners.
Enjoy chocolate truffle when it is cold.
