GROUNDNUT CHAT

PEANUT CHAT/ BOILED GROUNDNUT CHAT

Ingredients:
Groundnut - 100 gm
Salt - 2 tbl spoon 
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Chopped Onion - 1/2
Grated Carrot - 1 tbl spoon 
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbl spoon 
Chopped Tomato - 1 t spoon 


      Pressure cook peanuts with salt and water for 20 minutes in medium flame.
      Drain water and keep aside.
      Cut onion, coriander leaves, tomato finely.


      Add onion, coriander leaves, tomato, carrot, Kashmiri chilly powder to the peanuts and mix well.  


      
      Enjoy peanut chat as such or with omapodi or sev.
