MUSHROOM FRIED RICE

MUSHROOM FRIED RICE 

Ingredients:
Basmati Rice - 1/2 cup
Mushroom - 200 gm
Carrot - 2
Capsicum - 1/4
Garlic - 4
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 t spoon 
Onion - 1 /2
Pepper Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Soya Sauce - 1/4 t spoon 
Butter - 1 tbl spoon 
Oil - 1 tbl spoon 


      Cook basmati rice in water until soft, drain the water and allow it to cool.


      Cut mushroom into small pieces and wash thoroughly.
      Heat butter in a dosa tawa and add the chopped mushrooms.
      Add a pinch of salt and pepper and roast the mushroom until golden.


      Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped garlic, onion for a minute.



      Add ginger garlic paste, salt, chopped carrot, capsicum and cook covered until soft.
      Add chilly powder, pepper powder, soya sauce and mix well.


      Once the vegetable masala gets roasted add cooked basmati rice, roasted mushroom, 1 t spoon ghee and mix gently.



      Enjoy mushroom fried rice with tomato sauce.
