BEACH STYLE MASALA KARA PORI

GROUNDNUT  KARA PORI

Ingredients:
Kara Pori - 1/2 cup
Boiled Groundnut - 1 cup
Chilly Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Chat Masala - 1 pinch ( optional)
Onion - 1/4 chopped 
Tomato - 1/4 chopped 
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 t spoon chopped 
Omapodi - 1/4 cup
Lemon - 1 /4 t spoon 


      Pressure cook raw groundnut with salt for 1/2 an hour and drain water.
      Add Kara pori, chilli powder, chat masala, chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, lemon juice and omapodi.  



      Toss well and enjoy beach style masala groundnut.
