PANEER  PARATHA

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup
Paneer - 100 gm
Salt as needed 
Warm Water - 1/4 cup
Ajwain - 1 pinch
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 t spoon chopped 
Turmeric Powder - 1 pinch 
Red Chilly Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Garam Masala - 1 pinch


      Crumble paneer and mix with wheat flour, salt, ajwain, coriander leaves, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala.


      Add warm water and kneed to a soft dough.
      Allow the chappathi dough to rest for 1/2 an hour.


      Make small balls, dust wheat flour and roll to little thick chappathis.
      Fold the rolled chappathi 4 to 5 times and make thin chappathis.
      Roast the chappathi in a hot dosa tawa, drizzling some oil on both sides.
      Cook the paneer chappathi in high flame.


      Enjoy paneer paratha with curd and pickle.
