SPRING ONION PARATHA

SPRING ONION CHAPPATHI 




Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Salt as needed 
Spring Onion - 3
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Garam Masala - 1/4 t spoon 
Cumin Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Ghee - 1 tbl spoon 


      Mix together wheat flour, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, ghee, chopped spring onion.



      Add water and kneed to a soft dough.


      Cover the dough with a wet cloth and allow it to rest for 1/2 an hour.
      Make small balls and roll into thin chappathis.
      Drizzle some oil and roast the spring onion chappathis in a hot tawa on both sides.


      Enjoy soft spring onion paratha with gravy of your choice.
