ULUNDU BONDA

Ingredients:
Urad Dal - 1/2 cup
Salt as needed 
Asafoetida - 1 pinch 
Pepper - 1/4 t spoon 
Green Chilly - 1/4 t spoon chopped 
Rice Flour 1 t spoon 
Coconut - 1/4 t spoon chopped 
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 t spoon chopped 
Oil - For Deep Frying 


     Soak urad Dal for 3 hours in refrigerator.
      Drain the water and grind the urad Dal.


      Add water little by little and grind until fluffy.


      Now add asafoetida, salt, chopped coriander, coconut, green chilly, pepper, rice flour and mix well.


      Heat oil, make small balls and deep fry until golden in low flame.



      Enjoy crispy ulundu bonda with coconut chutney.
