LITTLE MILLET IDLY DOSA BATTER

SAMAI IDLI DOSA BATTER 

Ingredients:
Samai / Little Millet - 2 cups
Urad Dal White - 1/2 cup
Methi Seeds - 1/4 t spoon 
Salt as needed 


      Wash and soak samai and urad dal separately for atleast 3 hours in refrigerator.



      Soak methi seeds with samai.
      Drain water and grind urad Dal in a mixer.
      Sprinkle water when needed and grind until fluffy.
      Drain water completely and grind little millet along with salt to a smooth batter.



      Mix urad dal and samai batter and allow it to ferment overnight.





      Our samai batter is ready to make idli and dosa.
