MANGO FROOTI

MANGO  FROOTI 🥭

Ingredients:
Chopped Mango - 2 cups
Raw Mango Chopped - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Water - 4 cups


      Peel off the skin and chop ripe and raw mangoes.



      Mix together chopped mangoes, sugar and add 2 cups water.         Allow it to boil cook covered with a lid for 15 minutes in low flame.


      Strain the mango pulp using a metal stainer.


      Grind the extract to a paste and again strain the pulp.


      Whisk using a egg beater and add 2 cups water.


      Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.


      Enjoy mango FROOTI chilled.
