RAVA PAYASAM / RAVA KHEER

RAVA PAYASAM

 Ingredients:
Rava - 1/4 cup
Cashewnut - 5
Sara Paruppu - 1 tbl spoon 
Ghee 2 t spoon 
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tbl spoon 
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 t spoon 


      Roast rava with 1 t spoon ghee in low flame until nice aroma comes.


      Add 1/4 cup water and simmer until rava gets cooked.


      Add milk, sugar, cardamom power and simmer until kheer thickens.


      Roast cashews and sara paruppu in ghee until golden.



      Garnish Suji kheer with the roasted nuts and enjoy.
