COFFEE WALNUT CAKE

COFFEE  WALNUT CAKE

Ingredients:
Warm Milk - 2 tbl spoon 
Coffee Powder - 2 t spoon 
Butter - 110 gm
Sugar - 90 gm
Egg - 2
Maida - 100 gm
Baking Powder - 1 1/4 t spoon 
Baking Soda - 1/4 t spoon 
Salt - 1 pinch 
Vennila Essence - 1/2 t spoon 
Walnut - 30 gm


      Mix milk and coffee powder and keep aside.
      Mix together butter and sugar using an electric beater.


      Add eggs, vennila essence, coffee milk and mix well.



      Add maida, baking powder, baking soda, salt and mix gently.


      Apply butter in a baking tray and place a baking paper.
      Add the cake batter and level it.


      Top it with chopped walnuts and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.



      Remove the cake from oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
      Now demould the cake and cut into pieces.


      Enjoy coffee walnut cake with a cup of coffee.
