SEMIYA ADA PAYASAM
Ingredients:Semiya - 1/4 cup
Rice Ada - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 4 tbl spoon
Cardamom - 1
Milk - 2 cups
Ghee - 1 tbl spoon
Cashew nut - 10
Dry Grapes - 5
Soak rice Ada in hot water for 15 minutes and cook in boiling water until it turns soft.
Add 1 t spoon ghee and roast semiya until golden.
Add 1/4 cup water and cook the semiya in low flame.
Add milk, rice Ada, cardamom, sugar and simmer for 10 minutes.
Now roast cashews, raisins until golden and add to the payasam.
