MUSHROOM MASALA DOSA

MUSHROOM  MASALA DOSA 

Ingredients:
Mushroom - 200 gm
Onion - 1 small
Garlic - 5
Ginger - 1 t spoon chopped 
Tomato - 1 small 
Salt as needed 
Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Pepper Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon 
Garam Masala - - 1/2 t spoon 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Butter - 1 tbl spoon 
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbl spoon chopped 


      Cut mushroom into small pieces and wash thoroughly.


      Heat butter in a pan and fry chopped garlic, ginger for a minute.


      Now add chopped onion and fry for 2 more minutes.
      Add tomato and sauté well.


    Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and mix well.  


      Drain the water completely and add mushrooms.
      Mix well and cook covered for 5 minutes.


      The mushroom releases water itself and gets cooked.


      Switch off the flame once the water gets dried up and the mushrooms are slightly roasted.
      Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
      Our mushroom masala is ready.


      Pour dosa batter in hot dosa tawa and make crispy dosa.
      Place the mushroom masala in the centre and fold from all the sides.



      Enjoy mushroom masala dosa with chutney and sambar.
