PANEER  STUFFED CHAPPATHI 


Ingredients:
Paneer - 100 gm
Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Salt s needed
Cumin Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Chopped Onion - 1/2
Garam Masala - 1/4 t spoon 
Chopped Green Chilly - 1/2
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup


      Kneed wheat flour with salt, water to a soft dough.
      Crumble paneer and add salt, chilly powder, garam masala, chopped onion, green chilly.
      Mix well so that the ingredients gets well combined.
 


      Make small balls with the chappathi dough and flatten using a rolling pin.
      Take 2 tbl spoon paneer mixture in the centre and seal it.


      Press gently using rolling pin to thin chappathis.



      Heat a dosa pan and roast the paneer stuffed chappathi on both sides.


      Drizzle oil and cook the the chappathi in medium flame.

      Enjoy paneer stuffed paratha with curd and onion.
