CHILLY GARLIC RICE
Ingredients:Basmati Rice - 3/4 cup
Butter - 1 tbl spoon
Garlic - 20
Green Chilly - 1
Pepper Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Salt as needed
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbl spoon
Lemon - 1/4 t spoon
Wash and soak basmati rice for 15 minutes.
Add 1/4 t spoon salt, 1/2 t spoon oil and boil with enough water until the rice gets cooked soft.
Drain the water and allow the rice to cool.
Heat a pan with butter, add finely chopped garlic and sauté in low flame until light brown.
Add 1/4 t spoon salt, 1/2 t spoon oil and boil with enough water until the rice gets cooked soft.
Drain the water and allow the rice to cool.
Heat a pan with butter, add finely chopped garlic and sauté in low flame until light brown.
Add finely chopped green chilly and sauté for 2 more minutes.
Add salt, pepper powder and mix well.
Now add the cooked rice, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix gently.
Enjoy chilly garlic rice with any roasted vegetables.
