VEGETABLE  MASALA DOSA

Ingredients:
Dosa Batter
Coconut Oil - 1 tbl spoon 
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Chilly Powder- 3/4 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon 
Garam Masala - 1/4 t spoon 
Carrot- 2
Beans - 5
Cabbage - 1/4 cup
Green Peas - 1/4 cup
Coriander Leaves 


      Heat a pan with oil and add cumin seeds, onion.
      Fry for a minute and add ginger garlic paste.


      Once the raw smell leaves, add chopped tomato, turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and cook for 5 minutes.


      Now add the chopped vegetables,water and cook until soft.


      Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and keep aside.


      Heat a dosa tawa and spread thin dosa.
      Cook on both sides, spread the vegetable masala in the centre and fold from all sides.




      Enjoy vegetable masala dosa with chutney.
