CARROT VADAI

CARROT  VADAI

Ingredients:
Carrot - 2
Onion - 1/2
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbl spoon 
Salt as needed 
Roasted gram - 2 tbl spoon
Mint Leaves - 2 tbl spoon 


      Grate carrot and mix with salt, chopped onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves and mix well.


      Powder porikadalai or roasted gram and add until it forms a sticky dough.



      Roll and flatten into small vadais.


      Eat as such or roast the vadai in hot dosa tawa with less oil.
