SORGHUM DOSA / CHOLA DOSA

 CHOLA DOSAI

Ingredients:
White Cholam - 1 cup
Idly Rice - 1/2 cup
White Urad Dal - 1/4 cup
Fenugreek Seeds - 3/4 t spoon 
Salt as needed 


      Wash and soak white cholam, idly rice, urad dal, fenugreek for overnight in refrigerator.


      Drain the water and grind it in a grinder.


      Add salt and mix well using your hands.


      Allow the dough to ferment for 5 to 8 hours.


      Heat a dosa tawa and spread the dosa batter.
      Drizzle some oil and turn the dosa to other side once it turns golden.

      Enjoy chola dosa with chutney and idly podi.
