MINT CORIANDER PANEER MASALA

GREEN PANEER GRAVY 

Ingredients:
Butter - 1 tbl spoon 
Paneer- 200 gm
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1/2
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Cashewnut - 3
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon 
Garam Masala - 1/2 t spoon 
Kasuri Methi - 1/2 t spoon 
To Grind 
Mint Leaves - 10
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbl spoon 
Green Chilly - 1
Curd - 2 tbl spoon 


      Grind mint, coriander leaves, green chilly, curd to a fine paste.

        Roast paneer with 1/2 t spoon butter in a dosa tawa until golden.
      Heat remaining butter in a pan and add ground onion, ginger garlic paste and sauté in low flame until raw smell leaves.


      Add ground green paste, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, kasuri methi and simmer for 10 minutes.



      Add 1/2 cup water, cashew paste and cook well.



      Add paneer and cook for 2 more minutes.



      Enjoy green paneer gravy with chappathi.
