PRAWN  65

Ingredients:
Prawn - 10
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Pepper Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Gram Flour - 1 t spoon 
Corn Flour - 1 t spoon 
Coconut Oil - For Deep Frying 


      Clean the prawns and remove the centre tread part.
      Marinate the prawn with salt, pepper powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, gram flour, corn flour.


     Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
      Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated prawns in medium flame until golden. Approximately it takes 5 to 8 minutes.


      Turn in between for even cooking.


      Enjoy prawn 65 with when it is hot.
