COCONUT PALKOVA

COCONUT PALKOVA


Ingredients:
Coconut- 1 cup
Ghee - 3 tbl spoon 
Milk - 2 cups
Cardamom - 1
Sugar - 2 tbl spoon 


      Grind coconut in pulse mode and roast with 1 tbl spoon ghee in a pan until dried.


      Add milk and allow it to boil.


      Grind the seeds of a cardamom with sugar and add to the coconut.


      Mix continuously with a ladle in high flame until the palkova thickens.


      Add the remaining ghee in between.


      Add grated almonds if needed.


      Once thickens transfer the coconut palkova to a bowl and enjoy.
