HARIYALI PANEER  TIKKA 

Ingredients:
Paneer - 200 gm
Onion - 1/2
Tomato - 1/2
Mint Leaves - 1/4 cup
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup
Ginger - 1 inch piece 
Garlic - 5
Green Chilly - 1
Hung Curd - 3 tbl spoon 
Cumin Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Pepper Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Kasuri Methi - 1 t spoon 


      Cut paneer, onion, tomato to square shaped pieces and keep aside.
      Grind mint, coriander leaves, salt, ginger, garlic, green chilly, cumin powder, pepper powder, hung curd to a fine paste.




      Add paneer, onion, tomato, kasuri methi and mix well.


      Refrigerate and allow the paneer to marinate for atleast 2 hours.
      Insert marinated paneer, onion, tomato in skewers and roast in direct flame until cooked.




      Apply ghee on the top and enjoy hariyali paneer tikka when it is hot.
