PANEER MASALA

PANEER  MASALA 

Ingredients:
Paneer - 300 gm
Butter - 1 tbl spoon 
Cinnamon - 1 stick 
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Red Chilli Powder - 3/4 t spoon 
Kasuri Methi - 1/2 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
To grind
Oil - 1 t spoon 
Onion - 1
Ginger - 1 inch piece 
Garlic - 6
Cashew Nuts- 6
Green Chilly - 1


      Heat oil in a pan and roast onion, ginger, garlic, cashew nuts, green chilly until soft.


      Grind with water to a fine paste.
      Heat butter in a pan and fry cinnamon, fennel seeds.


      Add the ground paste, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder , kasuri methi and mix well.


      Add 1/2 cup water and allow it to boil.
      Add paneer and cook for 5 minutes.


      Enjoy paneer masala with chappathi.
